Pete Lannon

I am a performer and director based in Glasgow. I make new performances for (and with) people of all different ages that are usually a bit of a mix between live art, contemporary theatre, and choreography. I am an associate artist at Platform in Glasgow and one third of SUPERFAN – a new Scottish theatre company. My recent work includes Bird Bones - a piece performed by me and two children that explores fear and risk, Stuntman - a duet by two male performers about our relationship to violence, and The Observer Effect - a touching and darkly funny piece about being watched, created with the Macrobert Collective for NTS Exchange 2016.

I trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and was previously a BBC Performing Arts Fund Fellow with Imaginate and Catherine Wheels. When I’m not making performances I am being co-director of KOR! Records, an independent record label who create music projects for young people with additional support needs and release their output.
